TIME FOR PEACE AND RELAXATION IN OUR ECO HOLIDAY HOME The BIO.DESIGN.FERIENWOHNUNGEN are located in a quiet setting on the outskirts of Betzenstein, in the heart of the Franconian Switzerland Nature Park. Our commitment is to the careful use of nature's resources. That is why our eco holiday home was built using consistently ecological construction methods. It sets new standards in terms of healthy living, sustainability and energy efficiency. Our bio passive house, certified for its environmental friendliness, also impresses with its multiple award-winning architecture.
EXCLUSIVE DESIGN IN OUR BIO.DESIGN.FERIENHAUS The clear formal language of the architecture transitions seamlessly into the interior of the exclusive design apartments. The barrier-free BETZENSUITEN, each 45 m², are integrated on the ground floor and are distinguished by the combination of modern design, a cosy atmosphere and luxurious furnishings, with room for surprising combinations. On the south-west side, the large floor-to-ceiling window front provides ground-level access to the spacious and sunny terrace area, surrounded by a natural garden and lush greenery.

The building is set into a hillside, blending discreetly into the surrounding landscape of rocks and beech forests. The exterior features native trees, a traditional orchard meadow and Jurassic limestone — reflecting the typical scenery of the Naturpark Fränkische Schweiz. Cabanes de France The Bio-Passivhaus is built entirely from regenerative, health-compatible and environmentally sound materials, operating in a near energy-autonomous way with 100% green electricity. The apartments are specifically designed to be electro-smog-free and suitable for allergy sufferers.
