For hosts
List your place for free, and for good. You keep every penny your guests pay you: they pay you directly, and no payment passes through the platform.
The large platforms usually take 15 to 25% of every night. We take nothing.
For travellers
No service fee. The price shown on the listing is the one you will pay the host, on the terms you agree with them. Nothing is added on top, neither when you send your request nor afterwards.
How we make a living
We take no commission on stays, and charge travellers nothing. We do not earn a penny when you send a request.
We fund ourselves through optional services, which hosts may take up — or not — without it changing anything at all about their listing: long-form articles in our magazine, devoted to a place and to the people who run it; featured slots on the home page and the category pages; inserts in our newsletter; targeted communication campaigns. We are also preparing services for travellers: tailor-made itineraries, stays put together end to end, guides.
Every piece of paid content is flagged as such. A sponsored article carries the word “sponsored”. A purchased slot carries the word “featured”. You will always know what has been paid for.
What is not for sale
An eco-score point. A rank in the search results. At no price.
The scale is the same for everyone, and the ranking follows the score, not the wallet. That is the line we will not cross — without it, everything else on this site is worth nothing.
