Monte da Ravasqueira has been carrying on a family legacy rooted in the Alentejo land since 1943, combining excellence in winemaking, traditional livestock farming and the preservation of a 3,000-hectare ecosystem. Our estate is a living place where cork, olive oil, honey and Lusitano horses bear witness to a diversified approach to agriculture passed down from generation to generation. We welcome our visitors into this authentic Portuguese art de vivre, where gastronomy, wine culture and the discovery of an exceptional rural heritage come together.
How to get here without a car
When to visit?
Spring (April-June) for the blooming landscapes and mild temperatures of the Alentejo, and autumn (September-October) for the harvest season and a full immersion in the life of the estate.
Local producers involved
The estate produces its own AOC Alentejo wines, olive oil, honey and products from its alentejano black pork farming, all available at the estate's loja.
