When to visit?
Spring and autumn are ideal: spring brings the vines in bloom and the olive trees awakening, while autumn marks the grape harvest and olive picking, precious moments to experience the estate in all its agricultural and sensory intensity.
Local producers involved
All production comes from the estate itself: organic wines (12 labels including Il Borro IGT, Alessandro dal Borro Syrah, Bolle di Borro Metodo Classico 120 months), extra virgin olive oil from 40 hectares of olive groves, seasonal vegetables from a 3-hectare kitchen garden and organic London Dry gin distilled on site.
