Our commitment is to pass on Tuscan know-how — from the olive harvest to honey production — while preserving the exceptional biodiversity of this land. Every stay is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with nature and savour the farm's authentic produce.
How to get here without a car
When to visit?
Spring and autumn to enjoy the olive groves in bloom or the olive harvest (October-November); summer for the panoramic pool and night safaris; year-round for the botanical garden and the fattoria didattica.
Local producers involved
Certified organic Laudemio extra virgin olive oil produced in the Fattoria's historic frantoio (NYIOOC 2023 Gold Medal); organic honey from beehives kept in the Botanic Garden; cured meats from Cinta Senese pigs raised on the farm; dairy products and eggs from the fattoria didattica animals.
