How to get here without a car
When to visit?
Spring and summer (April to September) to fully enjoy the bio-pool, the blossoming sensory gardens, the Etruscan excursions and the gentle Tuscan climate. Autumn is ideal for the saffron and truffle harvest.
Local producers involved
The estate produces CCPB-certified organic goods: spirulina, saffron, truffles, stevia, fruits, vegetables, olive oil and food supplements validated by the Italian Ministry of Health. The on-site Bio Shop offers these zero-kilometre products. Meals are to be discovered in the local restaurants of the surrounding area (Pitigliano, Sovana, Sorano), ranging from starred tables to the beloved trattorias of Maremma.
