The host's philosophy

Borgo Pignano was born from a deep conviction: that authentic luxury lies in connection to the land, to history, and to the seasons. Across 300 hectares of unspoiled Tuscany, we practice organic farming, produce our own energy, and protect an ancient Etruscan landscape. Every stay is an invitation to slow down, to savour a longer rhythm of time, and to live in harmony with the nature that surrounds us.

When to visit?

Spring (April–June) and autumn (September–October) are ideal: the vines and olive groves are at the heart of their cycle, the mild temperatures invite leisurely walks and truffle hunting, and the Tuscan light is at its peak.

Local producers involved

The estate operates in a closed loop: cold-pressed organic olive oil, Il Vignino and Rosso del Guardia wines from the estate's own vineyards, honey from its own beekeeping, heirloom vegetables and grains grown using organic principles, medicinal herbs, artisan pasta, and locally produced beers and gins available in the shop.
