La Yourte Auvergne is an unusual eco-friendly accommodation located in Fressanges (Moussages, Cantal), in the heart of the Parc régional des volcans d'Auvergne in the Cantal mountains. Perched at an altitude of 950 m overlooking the Mars valley, this 40 m² yurt welcomes up to 4 people in a peaceful and warm atmosphere centred on nature. Full furnishings: 1 double bed, 2 single beds (option to add a cot and an adult single bed), equipped kitchen area (fridge, gas cooker, oven, utensils, condiments), shower area, wood-burning stove, outdoor dry toilets. A plexiglass dome provides soft, natural light. Well-kept outdoor area: parking, garden, table, hammocks, deck chairs, barbecue. You will share the space with the farm animals: a rooster and hens, Capucine (a donkey) and Linda (a pony). Explicit and documented ecological approach: wastewater treatment system using planted filters, exclusive use of natural and organic soaps requested of guests, dry toilets, wood-burning stove. Cécile Gibert, a state-registered nurse, offers 5 wellness techniques inside the yurt by reservation: Thai foot reflexology, Tui-Na (Chinese massage), Ayurvedic massage, traditional cupping, Reiki.
