A Green Key-certified haven of peace in the heart of the Anergui valley, within the Mgoun Geopark (Moroccan central Atlas). Tighremt Assif Melloul — 'the house of the white river' — opens the doors to the culture and daily life of the Aït Sukhmane Berbers, at the heart of unspoilt nature 320 km north-east of Marrakech. A traditional house built in rammed earth (soil, lime, sand, straw) using ancestral methods, overlooking the majestic Anergui cirque and the gorges of the Assif Melloul, which separate the High Atlas from the Middle Atlas. Wild surroundings: peaks approaching 3,000 m, nomadic high plateaus, gorges carved by wadis, pink clay fortress villages, fortified granaries among the most beautiful in the Atlas. Our eco commitment is structured: spring water supplied by a solar pump, permaculture orchard and kitchen garden, hammam heated with reclaimed wood and non-vegetable waste, selective sorting, ecological management of water and energy resources. 2% of our annual profit is donated to the Association Anergui for local development projects (water supply for 22 families, education, heritage). Ideal for families, couples, hikers, amateur trekkers, wellness retreats, and authentic digital detox. Featured in Grands Reportages and Balades Rando. Photographed by Philippe Dureuil.

Tighremt Assif Melloul is a living house, rooted in Aït Sukhmane culture and built from the very earth of the Anergui valley. We believe that authentic travel is found in sharing everyday life, respecting nature and directly contributing to local communities. 2% of our profits support the Association Anergui for water, education and the preservation of Berber heritage.
Spring (April-June) and autumn (September-October) for hiking and trekking; winter for snowy landscapes and pure authenticity; summer at altitude to escape the heat of the plains.
Honey from the property's own hives, fruit and vegetables from the permaculture kitchen garden and orchard, dairy products and crafts from the Aït Sukhmane villages of the Anergui valley.
