The large terrace, which overlooks the sea and is equipped with a unique shower, an outdoor table and a solarium, is perfect for enjoying the magnificent Canarian climate. The villa is named after Fernando Guanarteme's wife, Abenchara, who was captured by the Castilians while bathing at Guayedra Beach and taken to the court of Castile. She played a key role in paving the way for the negotiations that Fernando Guanarteme would carry out with the Catholic Monarchs to achieve the pacification of Gran Canaria.

Redondo de Guayedra is the result of more than 30 years of passionate restoration of an exceptional territory at the heart of the Gran Canaria Biosphere Reserve. The project is built on a deep commitment to nature, Canarian heritage and organic farming, in harmony with local identity and traditions. Here, sustainable tourism is not a marketing concept but a way of life passed down from generation to generation across this 52 km² estate.
Year-round thanks to the Canaries' subtropical climate; spring and autumn are ideal for hiking and agritourism, while the mild winter is perfect for escaping the European cold.
The estate's organic finca grows fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs consumed directly in the restaurant. The property is part of a short supply chain approach typical of Canarian agrotourism, championing the local produce of the Guayedra valley and the municipality of Agaete, renowned for its oranges, coffee and avocados.
