The large terrace, which overlooks the sea and is equipped with a unique shower, an outdoor table and a solarium, is perfect for enjoying the magnificent Canarian climate. The villa is named after Fernando Guanarteme's wife, Abenchara, who was captured by the Castilians while bathing at Guayedra Beach and taken to the court of Castile. She played a key role in paving the way for the negotiations that Fernando Guanarteme would carry out with the Catholic Monarchs to achieve the pacification of Gran Canaria.
