Open year-round; the Ilhéus region enjoys a warm, humid tropical climate with pleasant temperatures. The dry season (November to March) offers more sunshine, while the cacao harvest period (July–September) enriches the agroforestry experience.
The lodge operates its own agroforestry fazenda and provides guests with quality products sourced directly from the estate, following a philosophy of ultra-short supply chains and local food self-sufficiency.
