Our ecological commitment is reflected in our use of solar energy, waste reduction and responsible water management. We share with our guests the authentic flavours of Sicily, sourced exclusively from our estate through short supply chains.

The Costarelli-Busà family grows on-site lemons, oranges, almonds, extra virgin olive oil, honey, homemade jams and Nero d'Avola wine, all organically certified and consumed in an ultra-short supply chain within the agriturismo.
