Nestled in the heart of the Vosges forest, between Vittel and Contrexéville, Vit Tel Ta Nature is a participatory and cooperative ecological park offering unique, entirely eco-built accommodations: treehouses, domes, a yurt, and a semi-underground hobbit house. All structures are built using biosourced and reclaimed materials from the Vosges forests — oak and acacia wood, rice straw insulation. The site operates off-grid with solar panels, phytoremediation ponds, and biogas production from organic waste. A permaculture garden feeds humans, animals, and pollinating insects. An educational farm with donkeys, goats, sheep, pigs, and rabbits. A shop selling local Vosges products: local beer, cheeses, saucisson, and fruit juices. Over 160 km of hiking trails and cycling routes accessible from the park. Wellness activities including massages, naturopathy, yoga, and Qi-gong. Electric bikes available on site.

Have you ever spotted or heard elves or fairies? If not yet, I invite you to try and discover them with me. I have stored in my cabin sketches and clues about the little folk. Magic is everywhere in this place. May I turn into a starry mandrake if I talk nonsense! Delighted to meet you, I am Cinderella, woodland naturalist. So pleased to welcome you among us soon! On the agenda: wonderful discoveries and lots of fun.

Under a full, russet moon, I sailed with billowing sails and all lights extinguished across the warm seas of the Caraïbes. My holds were filled with long-coveted parchments and elixirs: ancient rums and treasure maps taken from defeated pirates. Glancing to port, I watched them drawing closer — those scoundrels had found me! I was about to come about when, all of a sudden, Saint Elmo's fire appeared at the top of the mainmast… A moment later, I was adrift in a sea of trees. You read that right — I, Atlanthies, ran aground in a forest. My thanks to the sprites and to you, Mother Nature, for sheltering me and welcoming me into this enchanted place. My treasures are safely hidden. No one will ever find them here… Welcome aboard, landlubbers!

My name comes from Zulu and means love. I evoke the feelings that two beings can have for one another, here, there, everywhere. A staircase and a footbridge lead you to me, your nest, at the edge of the woods. I am the ideal cabin for two beings, a boy and his father, a girl and her mother, two lovers. The choices are many and you are welcome here. Heads in the stars, eyes locked in each other's gaze, at the heart of the tree and of yourselves, cherish one another, in your cocoon.

Vit Tel Ta Nature was born from a deep conviction: that there is another way to travel, in harmony with nature and all living things. Driven by a cooperative and participatory structure (SCIC), our approach places people, animals and the environment at the heart of every decision. Together, we are building a regenerative space where each stay contributes to preserving the Vosges forests and sustaining the local economy.
Spring and summer to fully enjoy hiking, outdoor activities and the permaculture garden; autumn for the forest atmosphere of the Vosges and the colours of the forest.
Local Vosges beer, cheeses from the Grand Est region, artisanal sausage, local fruit juices — all available at the park shop, sourced from producers of the Vosges terroir.
