Founded by Paola and Irish, who travelled the world to bring back the antique furniture and exotic objects that decorate each unique room. 10 rooms with private bathroom, no television. Organic km0 cuisine: tomatoes, salads and vegetables from the kitchen garden, olive oil from the olive grove, aromatic herbs from the garden, homemade yoghurts, breads and cakes. Chlorine-free ecological pool, outdoor jacuzzi, Moorish spa with hammam. Massages, cooking classes, guided tours. Afternoon tea included. When to visit?
Spring and summer to enjoy the ecological pool, the blooming gardens and the sunsets from the veranda. Autumn offers a magnificent golden light over the Umbrian hills and the olive harvest.

Olive oil produced on-site in the estate's olive grove, vegetables and aromatic herbs from the organic kitchen garden, yoghurts, breads and cakes homemade according to Mediterranean culinary traditions.
