Organic fattoria: Brown breed cows, raw milk cheeses, homemade charcuterie, eggs, km0 vegetables. Farm-to-table restaurant open to outside guests (closed on Tuesdays). When to visit?
Spring and summer to enjoy hiking, cycling and the terrace restaurant overlooking Lake Garda. Autumn is ideal for tasting the fattoria's products in an intimate atmosphere.
Local producers involved
La fattoria Il Bagnolo independently produces its raw whole milk cheeses from Brown breed cows, its homemade charcuterie, eggs and seasonal vegetables. All products are available at the lodge shop and served at the km0 restaurant.
