Green Ocean Zanzibar was born from Melanie Sitter's desire to share the profound transformation she experienced on the island of Zanzibar. More than a hotel, it is a space for inner retreat, clarity and a return to what truly matters.
The east coast of Zanzibar is ideal from June to October (dry season) and from January to February to enjoy the sun, the turquoise sea and water activities in complete serenity.
The Banana la Mama restaurant sources local fruits (green, red, yellow bananas, plantains) and fresh produce from the farms of Zanzibar, as well as local spices such as cloves, coconut, cinnamon and lemongrass for its massage rituals.
