Lanzarote enjoys a mild climate all year round thanks to the Atlantic trade winds. Spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) are ideal for enjoying outdoor activities, hiking through volcanic landscapes and swimming in the sea without the intense summer heat.
The estate grows its own organic vegetables and herbs in the developing kitchen garden, and the hens in the henhouse provide guests with fresh eggs. The northern region of Lanzarote is renowned for its AOC volcanic wines and local products typical of the Canary Islands.
