Ferme de la Hotte is a family farm located in the Aube department, in the Grand Est region. It is best known for its artisanal production of apple juice, cider and ratafia, as well as for its cider museum and educational tours.



La Ferme de la Mhotte is a rural third place rooted in the Bourbonnais region, at the crossroads of education, the arts, craftsmanship and agriculture. We believe in a model of collective and creative living, where everyone can learn, create and contribute to a vibrant and caring rural life. Our farm is an open space for sharing, experimentation and reconnection with the land and traditional know-how.

The farm embraces a short supply chain philosophy and champions local produce from the allier-bourbonnais region, particularly through its shared kitchen garden, workshops and on-site shop.
