Welcome to our Idunn project, a living and hosting space founded on the principles of permaculture, at the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin. We cultivate an organic kitchen garden and an orchard of cider apple trees, in harmony with natural cycles and local resources. Our ambition is to share with you an authentic, artisanal hospitality that respects the Norman environment.
Spring and summer to enjoy the garden in full bloom, the beaches of the Cotentin and the local markets; autumn for the cider apple harvest and walks through the golden-hued marshes.
Maison Idunn sources its products primarily from local producers in the Cotentin: fruits and vegetables from the on-site organic kitchen garden, cider apples from the orchard, seafood from nearby ports, and Norman products from the region's short supply chains.
