Dakhla enjoys a mild climate year-round thanks to the influence of the Atlantic. Spring and autumn offer ideal conditions for kitesurfing and desert excursions; summer remains pleasant thanks to the trade winds. Winter evenings under the stars of the Sahara are particularly breathtaking.
Local producers involved
Meals are prepared with 100% organic fruits and vegetables from the lodge's garden (banana trees, guava trees, seasonal vegetables), complemented by homemade artisan bread, honey, handcrafted jams and fresh eggs. The Moroccan table d'hôtes celebrates local Sahrawi flavours: slow-cooked tagines, msemen, mint tea.
