We cultivate an entirely vegetarian and vegan cuisine made from organic and locally sourced ingredients, served in a 250-year-old farm restored with deep respect for its original soul. Our goal is to be a climate-neutral, even climate-positive business, in profound harmony with the ecosystems that surround us.
