The estate is accessible year-round: in spring for the flowering meadows, in summer for hiking and sun-drenched summits, in autumn for the golden colours of the larch trees, and in winter for the magical atmosphere under the snow and the starlit sky.

The estate celebrates the local flavours of the vallée de l'Ubaye with the raclette de l'Ubaye and the salade Ubayenne, as well as mountain meals prepared according to Pascal's mood, reflecting a Provençal and alpine terroir cuisine.
