Perched atop a hill in Roussillon-en-Provence, in the heart of the Colorado Provençal, the Domaine des Ocres is a prestigious 200 m² designer house for 8 guests, set within a 12,500 m² wooded parkland with an exceptional 270° panoramic view over the perched villages of the Luberon — Bonnieux, Lacoste, Saignon — and the Vaucluse mountains. Entirely renovated by Luberon interior designers, this single-storey villa combines contemporary aesthetics with authentic Provençal character: 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a very spacious 60 m² living room opening onto a south-facing terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and central heating. The heated 10 x 4 m infinity overflow pool, fully secured, commands the landscape in spectacular fashion. Two natural Luberon stone terraces, a pergola with dining area, barbecue, garden lounge and sun loungers complete this exceptional setting. Bed linen, tourist tax, WiFi, pool and grounds maintenance are all included. A confidential, peaceful and discreet property, yet far from isolated — just a short stroll from the famous ochre village of Roussillon.
